My Grandfather once told me, “If there’s anything you do in life, make sure you learn a trade, one that you can fall back on, at anytime throughout your life.” My grandfather meant the world to me so I took his words to heart. To this day and 30 years later I remain in the construction field.

My fulltime career started in 1982 working on a commercial project as an apprentice carpenter. Piece worked for 12 years which truly hardened my way of thinking. 1994 I received my General B Contractors License #668625.  Commercial buildings, Hotels, Restaurants, Spec, Tract and Custom Homes were the norm during this time.  Thereafter began freelancing in telecom construction as a subcontractor to primary GCs.  In 1999 started managing telecom carrier build plans.  In 2001 Incorporated and started doing business as Vantage Company CSLB #799597. Our Major accounts were all within Site Development and Construction Services for the Telecommunications Industries Major Carriers.
